1. Eligibility & Acceptance

2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

2.1 We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and specifications of our jewelry. However, we do not guarantee that all such information will always be error-free, complete, or current.

2.2 Many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted or made with natural materials (such as gemstones). As a result, slight variations in color, size, weight, finish, or texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

2.3 All prices shown on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) (or your local currency, where applicable). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We are not required to honor previous prices unless your order has already been confirmed.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse, correct, or cancel any order if we identify an error (including pricing or description errors) or if the product is out of stock

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to our review and acceptance.

3.2 Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available on the Site (including credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, UPI, or any other method we may provide).

3.3 If your payment is declined or cannot be authorized, we may cancel or refuse to process your order.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, errors in pricing or product information, or any violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Title

4.1 We offer shipping within India / specify applicable countries. All delivery timelines provided on the Site are estimates and may vary. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you once the order has been handed over to our courier or shipping partner.

4.3 For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by your local authorities.

4.4 If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must inform us promptly (within 30 days) so that we can assist in initiating a claim with the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

5.2 Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.3 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@antiquekreations.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for the request.

5.4 Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, handling charges, or return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

5.5 We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange to verify that they meet our return criteria.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

6.1 All content on the Site  including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, graphics, and other materials is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may view, download, or print limited portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not alter the content or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

6.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
